For returns or exchanges of damaged K-pop items. we require customers to submit an unboxing video clearly showing the package and its contents upon receipt. The video must start with the unboxing of a SUKOSHI MART package. with no editing or cutting. Without this proof of condition. we cannot process your request.

Please note that some products with manufacturing defects will not be replaced or refunded. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
